This system is for people who are serious to build mass of muscle,
but who can not go to gym. You can use the system without buying workout
equipment such as dumbbell.
Experience of workout is not problem.
As long as you can do 1 time (rep) for standard push-up exercise, you can
do all exercise routine by the system.
