Who is this system for? Can beginners use it?
This system is for people who are serious to build mass of muscle,
but who can not go to gym. You can use the system without buying workout equipment such as dumbbell.

Experience of workout is not problem.
As long as you can do 1 time (rep) for standard push-up exercise, you can do all exercise routine by the system.

Is this an online personal training service through internet (email) ?
No. This is a computer software to generate a exercise routine for home workout that you use through internet,
what we call "SaaS" (Software as a Service). Explanation of SaaS

FAQ of Usage
Where can I enter the result of 2nd set of exercise routine?
You only need to enter the result of the 1st set.
What should I do if I have to leave during workout routine?
Please enter the result that you actually did. Please leave others as blank.
I want to build mass of muscle only on chest and arms. I do not want to train for other parts specially legs.
Please select [chest] or [arms] for the priority on the set-up screen.
Furthermore, if you do not want to train legs at all, please check (tick)
[check if you do not want to do exercise not related to the above part.]

What should I do if I do not do workout today at all?
If you do not do workout today, you do not need enter anything on computer.
Which side sould I do first for the exercise that uses one arm or one leg respectively?
Please do weaker side first.
Please enter the result of the weaker side.
